계정 삭제 요청 메일 작성하기 ↗

메일 앱이 열리지 않으면 [email protected]으로 ‘Jellybara 계정 삭제 요청’을 보내주세요. 앱 재설치는 필요하지 않습니다. 이 링크는 메일을 작성하며, 직접 전송해야 요청이 접수됩니다.

플레이어 ID를 알고 있다면 함께 적어주세요. 앱의 ‘계정 관리 → 사용자 ID 복사’에서 확인할 수 있습니다. ID를 몰라도 요청할 수 있으며, 공개된 닉네임이나 ID만으로 다른 사람의 계정을 삭제하지 않도록 필요한 최소한의 본인 확인을 진행합니다.

비밀번호, 인증 코드, 로그인 토큰이나 결제수단 정보는 보내지 마세요. 이메일 요청은 자동 즉시 삭제가 아니며, 대상 확인 후 처리 일정과 완료 결과를 회신합니다.

어떤 정보가 삭제되나요?

대상 Jellybara 계정의 로그인 연결·프로필, 서버에 저장된 게임 진행·재화·보유품·플레이 기록 및 계정에 연결된 분석 데이터가 삭제 대상입니다. 실제 수집·저장된 항목에 적용하며, Apple·Google 자체 계정은 삭제하지 않습니다.

삭제한 게임 계정과 진행은 복구할 수 없습니다. 계정 삭제는 결제 취소나 환불 신청을 대신하지 않습니다. 법령상 보관해야 하는 거래·분쟁 기록과 최소한의 요청 처리 이력은 개인정보처리방침에 안내한 기간 동안 별도로 보관한 뒤 삭제합니다.

웹 요청만으로 기기의 로컬 파일을 원격 삭제할 수는 없습니다. 기기 데이터와 운영체제 백업은 해당 기기에서 별도로 관리해주세요. 자세한 항목과 보관 기간은 개인정보처리방침에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

Delete your Jellybara account

Jellybara is operated by AMINI STUDIO. You can request deletion without reinstalling the app or signing in.

Compose an account deletion request ↗, or email [email protected] with the subject “Jellybara account deletion”. Send the email to submit your request; opening this link alone does not submit it.

Include your Player ID if known, sign-in method and platform. If you do not know your ID, you can still contact us. We verify account ownership before deleting data. Never send passwords, verification codes, login tokens or card details. Email requests are not automatic instant deletion; we reply with the processing timeline and completion confirmation.

Deletion covers the game account, linked sign-in records, profile and associated server-side progress, currency, inventory, gameplay and analytics records that we actually hold. It does not delete your Apple or Google account. Deleted game progress cannot be restored, and deletion does not request a purchase refund.

Records required by law and minimal request-handling records are kept separately for the periods stated in our privacy policy, then deleted. A web request cannot remotely erase local files or operating-system backups on your device.

Jellybaraアカウントの削除

運営者はAMINI STUDIOです。アプリの再インストールやログインをせずに、アカウントと関連データの削除を申請できます。

削除申請メールを作成する ↗、または [email protected] に「Jellybara account deletion」と送信してください。リンクを開くだけでは申請されません。プレイヤーIDが分かる場合は、ログイン方法と利用端末も添えてください。IDが不明でも申請できます。

必要最小限の本人確認後、処理予定と完了結果をご案内します。メール申請は自動即時削除ではありません。パスワード、認証コード、ログイントークン、カード情報は送らないでください。

対象はゲームアカウント、ログイン連携、プロフィールと、実際に保存している進行・通貨・所持品・プレイ・分析記録です。AppleやGoogle自体のアカウントは削除しません。ゲームデータは復元できず、削除は返金申請を兼ねません。法令上の保存記録と最小限の申請履歴はプライバシーポリシーの期間に従い別途保管後、削除します。端末内データやOSバックアップをウェブから遠隔削除することはできません。
